Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, you can return it. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, and once approved, another 14 days to send it back.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can request a return using your Royal Knits customer account or contact us at returns@royalknits.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 1 working day.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item, we ask you to return the item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
